“You can tell this is an old hotel that they have tried to make better. Feels like lipstick on a pig.”

It has been partially renovated. The staff were friendly and the lobby was clean. The rooms were okay, except for long, dark hair scattered around. Free breakfast was offered at the attached diner. The hallways were dirty, dingy, and dark, with damaged paint and stained carpet. Maybe they are the last to get upgraded? The hallway was busy and loud until after midnight, not to mention the traffic noise.

The rooms were new and spotless, but the customer service left something to be desired; we had to request fresh towels every day because the staff couldn’t keep them clean.

“Comfortable and short”

The carpet down the hallway needs to be replaced and the property could use a refresh. The staff were good.

not one thing the manager is a joke doesn’t take in to consideration of his housekeeping not cleaning the rooms correctly (coming from a housekeeper) switched me to 3 different rooms all dirty then refused to give me a refund because my 6 year old was in the pool for the first 20 minutes we were there (water was to cold for the rest of us) said since we used the pool right when we checked in that he couldn’t give a refund for the crappy hotel he’s running. everything

Breakfast was decent. The room was filthy, the floor was sticky and black in the corners, and the smell was horrible; I had to buy air freshener to mask it. I also had to buy toilet paper because the front desk didn’t answer when I called.
