I had a wonderful stay at Unterhof in Filzmoos and felt very comfortable from the start. The breakfast was especially impressive – a great selection, fresh and high‑quality products, all prepared with great attention to detail. The friendly team and pleasant atmosphere made my stay perfect. I also booked dinner on the spot and was truly delighted! Excellent kitchen and a flawless overall stay. I would love to come back.

The accommodation was clean, the surroundings beautiful, the staff friendly and speaking Hungarian. The food was tasty. Nothing else. Everything was very good.

The hotel was good with excellent facilities both inside and out. The reception was welcoming upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was well prepared with plenty of choices. Parking was ample, including a spot for charging an EV. The terrace and sunbathing area right next to the pool was available from early in the morning. Overall, the hotel and outdoor spaces looked very tidy. My room had a terrace, a walk‑in closet, a separate toilet, and a bathroom, and the beds were fine. The chairs in the room were disappointing in comfort, and the only dining chairs were in the dining room, so there was no place to relax or read a book in the room. Moreover, when I booked a room with only breakfast, there was no fixed table available in the restaurant; it was a daily search for a seat. Finally, the hotel had a “business” atmosphere and felt less like the Austrian Gemütlichkeit.
