The pocket park @Hatyai

We had a really great stay at Pocket Park @ Hatyai! The venue is large and roomy, fully equipped with entertainment and plenty of toys for kids, so our children had a wonderful time and there was ample space for everyone to relax. What impressed us most was the owner’s quick responsiveness and willingness to help; whenever we needed something, the owner reacted super fast and went above and beyond, even arranging a tuk‑tuk for us, which was very convenient. We did encounter a few minor issues: YouTube was inaccessible, one bulb was broken, and the water heater had a problem. The owner responded promptly and fixed everything, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a very comfortable, family‑friendly spot, especially for traveling with children—spacious, well‑equipped, full of entertainment, and most importantly, an owner who genuinely cares about guests. Parking is also quite spacious and can hold about 4–5 cars, but it sits beside the main road, so it can get busy with passing traffic; we were a bit concerned when the kids were near the parking/entrance, so extra caution is advisable.

“Amazing”

The atmosphere is good, the living room is huge, making it great for a large group to gather and chill together. The owner is friendly and responds quickly. The only downside is that the pillow is too thin.

Very clean, very comfortable, good location. In the morning there’s a breakfast stand outside and great drinks; the air conditioning is very cold, perfect for a family with kids, who have plenty of things to play with. Adults and children were all very happy and we’ll definitely come back.
