Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Grove City

The staff at Drury Inn are consistently helpful and friendly; I've stayed here several times and it's great that they've opened their own restaurant, which stays open late for arrivals. I also appreciate that the manager takes the time to chat with guests over breakfast and welcomes suggestions. My experience has always been positive.

“Too expensive”

The location is convenient. I don’t want to eat there at night, and the stay doesn’t offer good value for the expense.

The staff were courteous. Unfortunately, the power went out during storms, which was the main reason I came—my hot water tank and furnace had been ruined by the storms. I was hoping for a hot shower and air conditioning, but the power outage at the hotel made that impossible.

“Desk staff and super were amazing throughout the whole experience.”

The property supervisor handled the extended power outage exceptionally well, freeing me from the elevator after I was stuck for 20 minutes and walking guests to their rooms with a flashlight to ensure safety. The widespread power outage lasted 21 hours.

“Overall it was a great time”

The pools are nice, and they provide three alcoholic beverages and a free dinner. One staff member was rude to my husband about my children.
