“We did not stay at the property”

The location I’m local so I wanted something close by. The overnight clerk was very sweet we arrived about midnight but I called previously to let the hotel know it would be a late check in the clerk at the time was ok and so was the overnight clerk. It’s a cluster of hotels right there we have and had family stay at 3 of the other hotels so I assumed this would be ok the location is perfect the staff is kind and friendly we only encountered the overnight clerk the hotel is extremely old and upon check in we noticed it but disregarded it looks can be deceiving we got off the elevator absolutely not but we still went to room it’s older and has a older building smell on the entire floor the rooms are older everything is just old and outdated. We went back downstairs and immediately checked out the clerk stated I could call booking for my refund since we did not actually stay. We were still charged and I just let us get charged but it’s just way to old especially for where it is located I’m sure it will and has served it’s purpose just not for us

The staff were nice, but we only stayed one night because we were heading elsewhere. The room felt damp, the carpet was filthy and probably never cleaned. My daughter’s feet turned black after walking on it for less than an hour (the towel in the photo was still dirty from her feet). The shower, shower head, and bathroom door were moldy/mildewed. The room clearly wasn’t cleaned properly; there was hair in the sink from the previous guest.

“I was mislead by booking.com on this stay which has not been my experience in the past. I may not use in the future.”

Location. There were 2 men sitting in lawn chairs outside near the front entrance drinking beer when we arrived. There was a large stain on cement at entryway. The base molding in the hallway had been removed and there was Sheetrock dust all along walls. The smoke detector in our room was hanging off the wall and was wrapped in plastic, the bathroom was nasty and toilet seat was worn. The beds were made up but not very well. The pillows appeared to.be old and worn and looked liked they had been thrown on the bed

“We were very disappointed in our room and probably will not stay there in the future.”

The location was close to the interstate for traveling and near good restaurants and shopping. The room itself wasn’t very clean. A towel from a previous guest was still hanging on the shower curtain rod. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty, with some dirt left behind the door. There was a huge crack running from top to bottom in the bathroom mirror. The room had a particular odor. When I opened the drawer in the table next to the bed to get paper, there was no paper but a stained, used, and dirty washcloth. We decided to skip breakfast because it didn’t look appetizing.

“Horrible”

The location was good. There was a bad odor and the room was filthy; I wouldn’t return until they renovate.
