“Convenient location”

I didn't get the takeaway breakfast and there were no hot options, though the location was good; the so‑called superior double room had tired furnishings that didn’t match, felt cold, big, and empty, with a beautiful walk‑in double shower but a weak shower head; there was no fridge or milk in the room, and when I went downstairs for additional milk in a fridge at reception it was empty and no staff were available to ask; the bedding was cheap and I sweated all night, there was only one sachet of shower gel and no shampoo, nothing luxurious, and the room was so large it could have been more beautiful and enjoyable.

The staff were friendly, but the room smelled musty, the emergency light was excessively bright, the towels smelled funny, the shower had no pressure, the bed was hard, and there was a strong weed smell in the corridor outside my room.

I had a very disappointing experience: the room’s cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard, the mattress was completely worn out and uncomfortable, the bed kept creaking and making loud noises, making it hard to sleep; the staff were extremely unpleasant and unhelpful with an unacceptable attitude; I had serious concerns about privacy while staying in the room, feeling there might be a hidden camera even though I have no proof, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe; overall, the poor cleanliness, uncomfortable bed, unpleasant staff, and privacy worries made this a very negative experience, so I would not stay here again or recommend the hotel.

“Pretty much as it describes itself”

There was lots of free parking, a very helpful blonde female receptionist, a large, stylish hotel with attention to corridors (books in bookshelves, etc.), a big clean room, and the bathroom could be heated when the staff activated it; however, the room was cold on arrival, the mattress sagged and creaked, and the basic hospitality tray and toiletry supplies were minimal, with the 'body oil' literally containing only one small teaspoon.
