None, as the property is so messy and not well maintained. Definitely not worth the money. The property is not well maintained, and the corridor leading to the second floor was noticeably dirty. The breakfast was extremely overpriced—over ₱700 for a basic tocino or hotdog meal is unreasonable. The overall quality and experience did not justify the cost.

My stay had its ups and downs - while I was pleased with the room and bathroom, I was disappointed with the breakfast, which was really subpar. Additionally, the pool has been closed for years, and I couldn't get Wi-Fi in the reception area. These issues were significant enough that I ended up canceling my next planned stay at this location.

I appreciated the hotel's location, which offered a great view and a peaceful atmosphere away from the city noise. However, my experience was somewhat marred by issues with the staff and amenities. The guard at the entrance was not helpful, and the pool was under construction. Furthermore, the concierge fee and limited dining options, with the Olive restaurant closed, left much to be desired. I wish these details were more clearly mentioned in the booking description.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel, mainly due to the outdated rooms that had a strong unpleasant odor. The dining options were limited and overpriced, with a lack of variety in the menu, which didn't cater to our dietary needs. Upon arrival, I was also frustrated to find that some facilities, including the pool and nearby restaurant, were not functioning properly.
