The food, service, and staff were very nice and professional, but I would have given the hotel a 9 if I had known earlier that the two kids’ pools and aqua area were closed for a wedding; I only received a message two hours before check‑in, and the pool is the best thing in the hotel for kids.
Breakfast was excellent, but I booked a room with an airport transfer, sent a message well in advance and still haven’t heard back; I arrived late in the evening and they wanted to bring my luggage to my room, but I had a small boy who needed to go to bed, so I waited almost an hour and finally had to go to reception to pick up my luggage because they wouldn’t bring it; the reception staff were chatting, laughing, and having a good time while I handled my luggage without their knowledge, which was not acceptable.
“I loved it”
The beach and the pool were great, but the pillow was really uncomfortable and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.
“One of the best. We will definitely go back :)”
It was one of the best hotels we stayed in; the indoor and outdoor architectural design is amazing, the food is great, the restaurants exceed expectations, and the coffee shop overlooking the lake and greenery is timeless luxury, but the beds are only okay and the mattresses are not the best.
I had a flawless stay, everything was perfect and there were no issues at all.
