The apartment is nicely decorated and close to a shop. That's the end of the positives. I understand the comments about a good reception written by Italians, but I don’t speak Italian, so I didn’t feel ignored or warmly welcomed. The keys were handed to me by the man from the nearby wine shop, who took 10 euros for the tax (no receipt) and that was it. The apartment is brutally cold. Turning on the warm air conditioning makes the mezzanine hot like a sauna, while the lower level stays cold. As a result, the kids slept upstairs without blankets and we downstairs under two duvets in sweaters. The apartment doors are 40 cm from the road and at their height there are two manholes that clatter when cars drive over them, and the echo carries all the way to the pipes in the bathroom. It was a nightmare.

Room clean, very distinctive, right in the center. Close to all services. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Because it faces a street that leads into the center, it’s a bit noisy. Nothing unbearable for us since we still slept well, but better sound‑proofing would improve comfort.
