How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The owners were welcoming and kind, the room was very cozy even though it was small, and the cleaning was excellent. Just a short walk from the property is the house where the famous composer Katchaturian once lived. Even though it’s close to the metro, the hotel is still quite far from the city center.

For its price, it’s an excellent option. The hosts are wonderful, and it’s clean! The metro and the train station are within walking distance (though walking with a suitcase isn’t recommended). I’ll definitely return! The neighborhood is very noisy; if you’re used to quiet, bring earplugs.

Excellent value for money. The location is good, close to the city’s second street and easy to reach the metro. The room was very quiet and had everything you need. The bathroom and kitchen were fully equipped, and it was simple to arrange and sort out laundry. Suitable for either short‑term or longer‑term stays.
