I was blown away by the street market right across the road from Honghub Sakon - it's the real deal when it comes to experiencing Thailand's street food scene. As a first-time visitor to Thailand, this was a fantastic introduction to the local culture.

The hotel is close to the train station, which is a big plus. However, the rooms are a bit small compared to the price, which was a bit of a letdown.

This place is perfectly located near the bus station, and the night market across the street is a real highlight - there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby too. What's more, the accommodation itself was surprisingly quiet and the bed was super comfortable.

The room was spotless, with fresh towels and a great price to match. However, there was a bit of a letdown when I realized there were no glasses in the room, only plastic water bottles with glass bottles. The water dispenser was located downstairs, which wasn't ideal.

I was really impressed with how clean and safe the place was, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. There's not much to say about this place, as it was pretty bare-bones.
