The host, David, was very nice and gave us great tips.
The room is located in a centrally situated townhouse, and the rooms are in a sealed, well‑maintained living unit. There is free parking right in front of the door, and the city center is easily reachable on foot. The small breakfast (coffee and croissants) is available across the street at a little café bar. The window couldn’t be opened because the air conditioner was directly in front of it.

The hotel sits in a great spot near Palermo centre; the neighbourhood feels a bit worn, but inside everything was immaculate, clean, and modern, just what you'd expect.
The balcony was beautiful, the room very comfortable, and the location excellent.
We spent a fantastic week at Bart165, right on foot from many sights and a supermarket across the street, plus a toy/baby shop next door that was super handy for our kids. David was excellent—quick to reply, full of suggestions, and kept the line of communication clear. The rooms were tidy and roomy. We’d definitely recommend it. Thanks, David, all the best! The only hiccup was a small mix‑up with breakfast: the sign in the room mentioned the old café (no longer used for your breakfast ticket). David did point out the correct café in his text, but I didn’t catch it at first and thought it was one of his recommendations. After I mentioned it, he immediately fixed the issue.
