The bed and pool were fine, but the towels weren’t changed, garbage wasn’t taken daily, I found the balcony door open and the room was very cold, the breakfast didn’t match a four‑star hotel, yet the price was acceptable.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the rooms were clean, quiet, and comfy, and the thermal pool was a lovely touch. The staff were super helpful and efficient, everything ran smoothly.

I loved the friendly staff and overall atmosphere of the hotel - it was really welcoming. However, I didn't get a great night's sleep because the mattress was way too soft for my liking. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I prefer a bit more support. Still, the hotel's positives made up for it a bit.
