We appreciated having a microwave and mini fridge in our room, and the manager was very friendly; the wifi was outstanding and reliable, and the heating and cooling controls were straightforward. However, several unsightly stains appeared on the bottom of the beds, there were no accessible outlets, complimentary coffee was missing and the vending machines were pricey, and the lighting was harsh—each bed had its own light that was too bright.

The location was convenient, the bed was clean, and there was plenty of parking. On the downside, street noise was loud, walls had holes, and the bathroom fan made a lot of noise.

The spot was ideal for our venue, right on foot from restaurants and Tim Hortons 👍.

I was satisfied because a supermarket and Tim Hortons were nearby, but the elevator was broken and unusable.
