I got a solid 8.0/10 rating because the price was fair, but the rooms looked a bit worn out.

The reception staff were very friendly and the lady at breakfast was lovely, the à la carte breakfast was FABULOUS, with unlimited coffee, fruit, cereals, highly recommended. The hotel felt a bit… the glow… endless, lonely hallways and the room was cold, the bathroom was somewhat shabby.

I was entertained by the cloned hotel girls at the front desk, but two single beds jammed together don't count as a double! I couldn't tell how old the mattress was, yet I became familiar with every spring.

The meals were genuinely tasty and the staff were very accommodating, plus it was great that dogs were allowed. The lighting in our room felt a little flat, and I would have liked some Decaf tea bags.

Most of the staff were friendly and breakfast was good, but there was no WiFi in the room. Hot water was missing even after we reported it right after check‑in, and still no hot water in the morning; when we mentioned it again at checkout, the young woman said “oh yeah, there was a problem but forgot to switch hot water back on,” with no apology or regret. The TV also had trouble turning on.
