“Good news is that this location was tons better than the Hilton down the road nearer loop 360.”

The spot was great—quiet and peaceful, and the HVAC ran smoothly, keeping the price reasonable. However, I still had a few concerns about the check‑in process. The food didn’t hit the mark I’d hoped for, though it was fairly typical. The furnishings were borderline uncomfortable: the bed sagged in the middle, and the sofa was rigid and oddly angled, making it hard to unwind.

I love everything about this property; the lobby and reception area are fantastic with 24/7 coffee, tea, water, and the addition of board games and family activities is something I’ve never seen before in a hotel. The front desk staff are absolutely exemplary, and you couldn’t ask for friendlier people, especially Taylor and Bree, who I’ve interacted with the most.
