Tolle Lage . Freundliches Personal. Wir wollten Nachmittags im anliegenden Restaurant einen Eisbecher essen , als allerdings nach einer 3/4 Stunde keiner zum bedienen kam sind wir wieder gegangen. Sehr schade , weil es auch noch der Geburtstag meines Mannes war

“nie wieder in diesem Hotel.”

The breakfast was very good, and we had booked breakfast‑only. Our room was directly above the kitchen, so every morning at 6:00 am we were woken by kitchen noise, and there was no quiet until 22:00 pm. On top of that, right under our window, construction workers installed a new gate, so from 8:00 am to about 17:00 pm there was construction noise. The bed creaked with every movement, so a peaceful sleep was impossible. We had expected a quiet weekend from 15.08.–18.08.2026, a birthday gift for my wife’s round birthday, but it turned out to be a nightmare. When we left, we mentioned the problems, but the staff only said the management was not in the building. We still have not received any response from the hotel, even though we sent a written complaint with photos.

The breakfast was excellent, the location is outstanding and central. The beds could have been wider (1 m instead of 0.9 m). In the bathroom I missed an enlarging mirror for shaving and a towel holder; I bought a towel rack, but it didn’t stay on the tiles.
