How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location fits our interests perfectly, and the staff were very friendly. We have stayed here several times before. The carpets are spotty in some places, but they are vacuumed clean. During breakfast the refilling can be slow, especially with cold cuts, but if you ask, it gets fixed right away.

Very clean and bright environment. Two large supermarkets nearby are great.

The room is good for that price. It is a bit far.

The room was not cleaned, even though I had requested it and was told it would be.

If you pay 100 € per night you should at least be treated kindly and professionally. Check‑in started out very well thanks to a charming, very professional young woman with red hair. Unfortunately that positive start was ruined by a certain Marina who showed no professionalism, was unfriendly, and communicated in a completely incomprehensible way. She behaved inappropriately when I asked her to leave my partner’s card at the reception. A few hours later another incomprehensible incident happened: as the elevator door opened she simply pushed past me and entered the elevator, even though I had called it. She was talking to someone else and ignored me entirely. She decided to go to the sixth floor without asking if I also needed to go there. Because I didn’t know that I had to press the button again, my card didn’t work properly in the elevator, so I ended up going to the sixth floor with her. She showed no consideration, even though she clearly saw that I tried again to use my card to get to the second floor. She didn’t care at all. She didn’t even apologize. Absolutely rude. It’s a shame because the first contact at check‑in was excellent, but this kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Because of this experience I cannot recommend this hotel.
