This hotel is overpriced, and to make matters worse, the staff expects you to pay for any minor issues, like a small cut. I felt helpless when I had an accident and they asked me to pay for it.

The hotel's location is great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a spacious parking area. However, I was disappointed when I arrived and was told that there was an additional service fee, which I hadn't anticipated.

The hotel's quiet location is a plus, and it's not too far from the main road. You can easily catch a taxi or bus. However, the cleanliness of the room was a major letdown - it smelled and had a few issues. To make matters worse, basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and a hairbrush were not provided, and you had to ask the front desk for them. The fridge and TV were also broken, and there was no bottled water in the room. For over 300,000 VND, I expected more.
