“everything great!”
The staff were very kind and we found this to be the best hotel nearby in terms of quality and price. The food was delicious, the room was very spacious and cleaned daily. Everything felt comfortable and cozy. We walked 10 minutes to the mall multiple times during our stay for food and shopping and it was perfectly located. We also used a massage place 5 minutes walk from the hotel a few times and had a great week. The taxi from the airport couldn't find the hotel on arrival the first day; after many calls and failed attempts we learned the hotel uses a different name than listed on Booking – it’s called Urban Island, so you must choose that name in directions or you’ll end up elsewhere.
“A Disappointing Isolation”
The hotel's isolated location was a major drawback for this guest, who felt the need to consider taxi costs whenever they wanted to leave the premises.
“Peace and tranquility stay”
The environment was very comfortable.
