“Avoid during rainy season, but otherwise it’s fine!”
The property was clean, but we visited on a very rainy day and the entire parking lot flooded. No taxis came to the property, so we were stuck there for a full day.

The staff were very welcoming, and it was a relief to have a pool and a garden surrounding the hotel.

The staff were pleasant, polite and efficient during my stay, and they understood any questions I had. However, the hotel needs to check its fittings: the curtain rod in the room was unstable, so I couldn’t adjust the curtain without the rod coming out of the hook that held it; it was flimsy. Also, the soap dish attached to the tiling in the shower was rusted and rotten where it joined the tiles, so any attempt to put something in it simply dropped to the floor. The Queen room was nice, so adding a chair and coffee table either in the room or the enclosed veranda area would be a good improvement.

Park Springs Hotel is a very nice and cozy place for a quick vacation. The staff are super friendly. On the day of my arrival, they contacted me while I was on my way to welcome me and ask when they should expect me. I asked if they'd pick me up at the local transport station, but alas, they declined. But that was not a problem; I wasn't actually expecting that, but if they did, it would have been exceptional service. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was the smallest bathroom I have seen in all my travels, and I have traveled quite a bit. The reception operated 24 hours, which was very helpful. I liked their swimming pool bar very much. The food was fair, mainly because the variety was rather limited, with many items on their beautifully printed menu always not available. On the whole, though, I enjoyed my stay at Park Springs Hotel, and I may lodge there again next time I'm in Cape Coast

The location was quiet and green. You didn't hear any noise. Even though it was in a central location and you could easily walk and find very good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast could be a little better with enough fresh fruit and fresh juices
