How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room felt warm and homely, with everything you could need right there – a full‑size fridge, microwave, convection oven and even a sandwich press. Parking on the street was safe, the Wi‑Fi held up, and the breakfast spread was surprisingly good. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to help, and the modern bathroom had all the basics. All in all, solid value and I’ll be back.

We left totally pleased – the hosts were incredibly kind and always ready to lend a hand. Because of personal issues we had to cut our trip short, but they were very understanding and flexible, which we really appreciated. Their willingness to accommodate made a stressful situation much easier.

The breakfast was stocked so well that we ended up using it for lunch and dinner too, which saved us a trip to the grocery store. The hosts were welcoming from the start and quick to answer any question, and the place itself lived up to its “cozy” name, even with a dark hallway that was easy to navigate with a phone torch. Christmas lights lit the garden, the neighborhood was quiet and close to a bus stop, and the garden itself was lovely – I’ll definitely book again for my next Melbourne visit.

This place had more gear than most rentals I’ve tried, and the owners really went the extra mile to make sure everything was in place. It felt like staying in a fully equipped home rather than a basic guestroom.

The landlord was genuinely nice and offered plenty of support throughout our time there, making the whole experience hassle‑free. I’d definitely recommend this spot to others.
