The staff, especially the guy by the seaside pool, were very meticulous, and the room was spacious with a sea view, but the room’s cleanliness left something to be desired.
The staff were helpful, but I don’t think this place deserves five stars.

The location is good, but the outdated room facilities, a cracked sink, and no bathroom plug for my little boy’s bath were frustrating; I asked every day, yet the maintenance guy couldn’t find the right size.
Nothing positive, but the old building, extra fees, and incompetent staff made the experience poor.
The staff were particularly attentive and courteous, and a discreet tip is accepted; a shop, pharmacy, and the lit Soho are just a few meters from the hotel exit. The room equipment doesn’t even come close to five stars, and the park in the middle of the construction zone is noisy; the beach only offers a 1–2 m wide swimming strip at low tide, otherwise you can only get into the water from the mole, which isn’t ideal for kids.
