“In short, the property is not a 4-star property. You may find it as a heritage like building with 2-3 star amenities. Ch”
I’ll split my stay into two parts: first, the positives—1. The location (though the road before the property was under construction and the hotel didn’t inform us) is about 4 km from Keoladeo NP. 2. The food tastes good, even though the options aren’t great for a 4‑star claim. Then the disappointments, summarized: 1. From the gate you reach the property and a guard gives you directions to park, but no one takes care of your car—strange for a place at this price. 2. The property seems to be a fabricated heritage site, probably split into two parts; the older section is presumably for foreigners only, while the newer section is for locals. 3. The grounds aren’t very green, lack a kids’ area, and several sections were still under construction during my visit. They only have a swimming pool (no splash pool, no changing room, no proper partition between male and female toilets; the toilets are tidy but unhygienic and lack a shower area that could serve as a changing room). 4. There’s no room service, no baby food (and if you ask for it, they charge it as an adult meal—who does that?). 5. They don’t supply bottled water in the room, and they don’t have an RO plant, so they keep 20‑litre blue cans and you have to ask housekeeping to fill your bottles (hostel‑like). 5. They charge for tea bags if you use them all and ask for a refill. The Poster beds are poorly designed; at that height, who uses a 12‑inch mattress? Even the king‑size bed feels small, and you worry about falling with an infant. 6. The AC is insufficient for the room size. 7. The buffet options are very limited. 8. There’s no geyser; hot water is only available at certain times. 9. Staff training is lacking; even labourers use the same lifts as guests, which is disappointing. 10. The room carpets are dirty and the floor is very slippery—my infant and I slipped on the first day, so you have to be very careful. 11. The restaurant has only one baby chair, so parents must wait or find other ways to feed their babies.
