It was perfect to Vinoy hotel and Marina and Beach Ave restaurants. The bathroom was small.

The location was perfect. The house was comfortable but could use updating. The yard needed clean up. I thought we would have been served a hot breakfast but instead we were given a sandwich the first morning and the second morning we were given a gift card to a restaurant within walking distance. I thought we were overcharged for the quality of our stay

I booked this place because it advertised 'Breakfast Included,' but when we woke up there was no breakfast at all. The host never mentioned any change, and when we asked, they said breakfast cost extra—something we were fine with, but still no food was provided, which directly contradicts their listing and the sign at the entrance that claims they serve breakfast. It feels like a complete lie. On top of that, we stayed during a storm and tree branches kept banging against the window all night, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, a terrible experience. I do not recommend this place.

The location was great with many restaurants nearby, and the unit was clean with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. However, we couldn’t get into the unit with the pin number we were given; check‑in was at 3:00, but we didn’t get in until after 4:00. We texted and called with no quick response, and when a representative finally called back, they were combative. They gave us a pin number that we never actually received. They claimed to serve breakfast, but there was none—just orange juice and sandwiches, which was strange. No helpers were seen.
