Yamatoya

We stayed at Yamatoya while visiting the beautiful town of Kinosaki Onsen. We highly recommend this accommodation, ideally located to enjoy all the town’s hot springs. The rooms were clean, spacious, and let us experience a true Japanese stay. The welcome and service were flawless. The hosts were very attentive, listening, and always ready to help. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Yamatoya’s location is excellent—right in the middle of Main Street, close to all the bathhouses, shops, and restaurants. The beds were hard.

“Onsen hopper”

L'ambiente circostante e andirivieni di avventori dagli Onsen. La fornitura di Yukata e pass per gli Onsen e zoccoli Sono stati premurosi nell'avvisarci di lasciare i bagagli al centro informazioni e a pagamento farceli recapitare nella stanza. Avremmo voluto anticipare check in ma niente da fare fino alle 15.00 Avremmo fare almeno la colazione e nemmeno quello è stato possibile

I stayed in a room styled in traditional Japanese décor, spacious and beautifully furnished, and the location was excellent—just steps away from the onsen included in the room rate. I’d book this ryokan again any time.

“晚餐用餐時，服務人員服務非常周到，利用我們再用餐時，幫我們房間的兩張床鋪好，真的太貼心了。享用早餐時，入座後才幫我們盛熱騰騰的白飯，十分細心。也有行李送到火車站旁遊客中心的服務，每件行李200日圓。早上用餐臨時請服務人員協助運送行李，服務人”

The dinner and breakfast were generous and tasty, and the owner’s explanations were thorough. Both private showers were well equipped, one offering both cold and hot water for a lovely hot‑spring soak.
