The spot was convenient and the hotel was clean, but we had to leave after the first night because of an urgent issue; we told the hotel before 6:00 PM that we wouldn’t be staying the next night, spoke straight to the manager, explained the situation, yet he was inflexible, refused to waive the unused night’s fee, and the hotel still sent us a full invoice for both nights. I expected a more understanding and professional response, so the management experience was disappointing.

The place is in a great spot, the SPA is excellent, the staff are helpful, the hotel feels cozy and clean, and the restaurant chef cooks delicious food.
