The stay is very close to the main road and easy to reach. The staff were cooperative. The room they gave us was neat, clean, but small. Hot water was not supplied properly, and sometimes a stinky smell came from the bathroom. Mosquitoes were present in the room at night.

We were charged for dirt on the bedsheets at dinner by mistake. No soaps or shampoo were given until we asked for them (only soap was provided after we requested it). We couldn’t keep asking for everything.

The room looked clean. There was no food available as it was mentioned. They also collected an extra 500 rupees at checkout for early check‑in, which was not disclosed at check‑in. This is not fair.

The location and facilities were good when asked for them, yet the hotel sent too many follow‑up WhatsApp messages even after I was told the check‑in would be late, and the breakfast choices differed from what was advertised while the property had no kitchen.
