The front desk team went above and beyond, suggesting great restaurants and arranging motos for us; only downside was the bed felt a bit firm, but that wasn’t a major issue.

The beds are the best – Kigalis. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. At breakfast you feel like a king, with a personal 3‑course breakfast made to your taste by the chef. The only thing missing would be a trash bin in the rooms.

The hotel sits in a quiet area, close to many restaurants. The staff were amazing – very professional. The rooms were impeccably clean. The only complaint was the lack of small items like fizzy drinks and biscuits available for purchase on site.
