The pool and hot tub were nice, seemed clean and well‑maintained, and the hours were long. The staff always greeted you. The rooms were spacious and super clean. Breakfast was good.

The menu options were good and the food tasted great. The air‑conditioner was so loud it kept buzzing.

The property is fine, very typical of a Residence Inn, nothing special. It just felt a bit far from any real attractions, in a very suburban/corporate part of greater Cleveland.

Everyone was incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean and we were lucky to get a room right by the pool; my son was especially happy about that.
