The room was huge and clean, and the location and Wi‑Fi were excellent. By a lucky coincidence we were able to drop off our luggage early and check in later, which we really appreciated. The entrance was incredibly hard to find, the room was very noisy, and the check‑in followed the house rules exactly—no minute earlier. An earlier check‑in would have been desirable.

The room was modern, large, very clean, and well appointed. We were very pleased and would definitely return. It was close to restaurants, shops, and the cruise‑port bus pick‑up area, and the area felt safe at night. We took a taxi from the train station to the property. It would have been helpful to receive the access information earlier, once we had Wi‑Fi and cellular connectivity.

The property was close to the ships’ ports and was extremely well kept!

The hotel was very clean, modern, renovated, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was fine, about a 10‑minute walk to the port. Check‑in and check‑out times were very inconvenient and strictly enforced, especially when arriving on an early red‑eye flight. We had to wait in a cramped, hot vestibule with no place to leave luggage or sit, holding a key card until the official check‑in time, which could last hours. The breakfast that came with the stay was just a juice box and a croissant, with no gluten‑free options, and only one cup of coffee was included. Extra coffee pods in the room would have been nice.
