“Originale”
It’s a home for young surfers, so if you’re over 50 and not a surfer you might feel a bit out of place. The house is designed so that you inevitably join the community life. It’s a tidy, spacious place, mostly wooden, with many rooms where you can retreat to read or work on the computer. Bright with large windows everywhere. The terrace on the roof offers a spectacular view. The garden is wide. The house has only five bedrooms, so there aren’t many guests. The place is very quiet, with no nearby houses. On the attic floor there are two rooms separated by a very thin wall of wooden panels. The neighbor’s small dog barked every time I passed by its room. Since I usually go to the bathroom twice a night, the dog greeted me four times each night. The massive doors of the bathroom and common rooms kept slamming because of the wind and open windows (the house is wooden, so you can feel it), which didn’t help either.
