The service is excellent, the rooms are clean, and there is hot water (which is noticeable in this climate).

For a one‑night stay it is good. The room was clean, had a private bathroom, and the shower was also good. The price‑quality ratio is good as well. It lacked a bit of atmosphere. The chairs in the patio were all broken and laundry was hanging everywhere.

The staff is friendly. The place is safe with a code at the entrance. The bathroom could be renovated. It gets cold at Xela in the evening and the room feels cold.
