It was clean and comfortable. I had an unexpected injury, so the first aid kit with taping was helpful. Thank you for the care. The only thing that could be better is having a washing machine and dryer available.

Nothing. The staff behaved poorly, there was a lot of noise in the hotel, the reception staff were disrespectful and uncooperative with customers, and they were very racist.

Instructions were clear, responses were prompt, and questions were answered timely and satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, fluent in English or Japanese, as a great spot to stay when you're in Tokyo!

If all you need is to shower and sleep, there’s nothing to worry about. You can’t watch terrestrial TV, but Google TV is installed.
