The view from the breakfast restaurant is nice. I had the hotel arrange a taxi from the airport, but it never showed up, so I ended up paying a lot more for another taxi, although it was still cheaper than the hotel’s quoted price. When I returned to the airport, I used Grab and paid only half as much. The hotel’s transport rates feel absurdly high, and I can’t see how that’s anything but a rip‑off. Another night we asked reception if we could visit the top floor at 9 p.m. to see the Dragon Bridge and a supposed restaurant there; the receptionist said yes. But when we went up just before 9 p.m., a staff member told us it was closed. That was frustrating, especially after we’d been told it was fine. All in all, the bad organization, misleading info, and steep transport prices made the stay very disappointing.
