They didn’t give me a room at all; when I finally forced the staff to show me, the room was already very dirty and the hotel lady was sleeping on the bed.

The bed sheets weren’t clean and the duplex wasn’t private; overall a bad stay with a dirty room, a non‑working TV, and a non‑working AC.
