The boutique hotel sits on a hill overlooking the bay, offering a spectacular view from a beautiful balcony, and the service and courtesy are of a high level.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was outstanding, but the hotel is a little distant from the old town; I knew this when I booked it, though.

The location is amazing, with Baku practically at your fingertips; the staff are very polite and tactful, and special thanks to Asmer at reception for always staying in touch and helping with any requests during our stay. We’re already on our second visit to this hotel and we definitely won’t look for another place for our next trip to Baku. Thanks to everyone from the senior manager to the room cleaner—everything was super. Thank you very much.

The reception staff were really on top of things and helped me with all my queries and requests. That's my main takeaway from the stay.
