The front office was great when I checked in, though I forgot the staff member’s name.
“Great value for the cost”
The staff were amazing and very helpful, and the food at the restaurant was very good; the waitress was kind. I enjoyed playing at the VLTs, and the staff were great again. The hotel room furniture felt a little old and worn. The TV was irritating because there was no guide and the channels were touch and go. The bathroom had cigarette burn marks on the floor and bathtub, and I got a sliver just by sitting at the desk.
“STAY AWAY!”
Absolutely nothing. Room was boiling when we got there. Front desk said they'd send someone while we were out. Got back to just a desk fan. Floors were sticky. Water stains on ceiling. "Security" pounding on our door at 1245am! Demanding us to open our door were being evicted! WTF?! Our room was opposite end of the elevators and he claims he can hear us. talking in our bed. all the way from the elevator. Then tells us there was a noise complaint. Told him from the hallway I can hear people in 3 other rooms also talking through their doors! Talked to front desk and they said there were no noise complaints for our floor! So creepy toothless "security" just creeping hallways!? When I complained the front desk manager lied to claiming there was a noise complaint at 1am. they called our room. then they sent security and we refused to open the door. yet " security" was at pur door at 1245am. the night front desk told us no complaint. there was no phone call. and how did we refuse to open the door when we talked to security in the hallway! 2.5 weeks and 2hours on the phone with I FINALLY got a refund for this horrible disgusting place!

The place was clean with plenty of parking. The parking lot by the front entrance wasn’t in very good shape…trip hazards.
