“Invisible Hotel”
I couldn’t find this hotel at all. They ignored my call, and after trying for three hours I still couldn’t locate it. In the two days I booked, I never managed to find it even once.

The location's alright, I guess, but that's where the positives end. The room was tiny and cramped, and the cleanliness was horrible - the mattress was dirty, the bathroom was a mess, and it all just felt really congested. Not exactly the best start to a stay.

Cockroaches in the room, dirty walls, and a pretty grim atmosphere all around - it was clear that the place hadn't been properly cleaned. The staff didn't seem too bothered about sorting it out either, which was frustrating. Overall, a pretty bad experience.

The staff here are really supportive, which is great, and the rooms are clean, which is a must.

If they'd just kept the room clean, I might have had a better experience, but as it was, it was pretty lacking. No water bottle or towels provided, and when I did get a water bottle, it cost 30 rupees. Ordered a tea and never saw the money or the tea - just a bit of a mess.
