The location in Umbria was excellent. They didn’t serve breakfast as advertised, and there was only a tea kettle and herbal tea in the room, no coffee.

Rosso Porpora in Colle Umberto offers a farm stay experience within a historic building. The hotel features air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, garden views, and soundproofing. A buffet breakfast with Italian specialties is served in-room. Located 23 km from Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport, it's close to Perugia Cathedral and Corso Vannucci, with free on-site parking and beautiful garden.

The location was convenient for visiting Umbria’s main cities, and the managers were serious and courteous. A hiccup with the cleaning company was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

The place was very nice and comfortable, set in a very charming setting. Nothing to note.

A country house a few kilometres before Perugia, beautifully restored, with a spacious room and bathroom full of comforts. The king‑size bed was huge and tall, a real queen. A kettle in the room, quiet at night, and the thick walls kept it cool. Free parking in the shade under the house. Luciano, the proprietor’s father, was very kind, making me feel at home—or maybe better! The downside was that breakfast was no longer available in September, as the season had ended, but I could keep some yogurt and fruit in the kitchen fridge.
