How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I stayed in one of the mini‑houses, which provide everything needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. The toilets are located outside and offer little comfort, whereas the regular houses have their own toilets and are much more convenient. The price‑to‑value ratio was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was great except for the shared toilet.

The room was very nice, quiet, and had a wonderful view, and the staff were extremely courteous. I was greeted with a notice that the prices were wrong and that I would have to see if I could get the room. Apparently some guests had already been turned away because they were not accepted at the booking price. In the end I was accepted, so I was lucky. The bill is processed in dollars; if you want to pay in Ugandan shillings or with a credit card, a conversion rate is applied that is 10 % above the price, effectively giving the hotel an extra profit. So if you don’t want to pay extra fees that enrich the hotel, you can only pay in cash dollars.

The room was very large, and the service was extraordinarily friendly, attentive, and helpful. The downside was that the windows were mirrored on the outside, which caused birds to keep pecking at them and fighting with their reflection. That mirror is unnecessary because no one can look inside. Please replace the window glass in the rooms.
