How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We spent a few days in the garden apartment, which was cozy and in a brilliant location. The shower was excellent, and the host sent clear access instructions before arrival and followed up after check‑in, which was a nice touch. The only downside was noise from the apartment above; we were disturbed early each morning by loud footsteps, but the hosts kindly supplied earplugs.

The spot is spot‑on for getting around and the décor is fun‑looking, plus there’s a kettle and plenty of kitchen tools. The only real drawback was the broken washing machine – we had to lug our laundry down to the unit below, which added a lot of extra trips. [/BODY]

This flat sits in a perfect spot, just a short walk to most of Victoria’s attractions, and the little patio is lovely when the weather’s nice. Most of the gear works fine and check‑in was fairly smooth, but the door code didn’t work on arrival because a payment link never came through, and the washing machine was dead despite being advertised. Getting a response took longer than I’d like, and the backup laundry option felt like an afterthought. [/BODY]

The location can’t be beat – safe, close to restaurants and cafés, and the staff were helpful with the check‑in. Inside, the décor is original and the place is clean, which I appreciated. Unfortunately the washing machine never worked, so doing laundry was a pain. [/BODY]

I liked the secure entrance, the pretty décor and the bed was really comfortable; when the entry code failed the manager sent a new one right away. The couch, however, was pretty stiff for lounging in front of the TV, and the walls and ceiling are thin, so we could hear the neighbors and they could hear us. [/BODY]
