I liked the sauna. The spa area was cramped, there were a lot of people, the changing room was small, and I had to wait for three people while two others got dressed, with nowhere to sit.

We stayed together in the eco‑hotel “Skala” and breakfast was included. The location is simply wonderful – a very beautiful, clean, cozy spot surrounded by great nature. The room feels a bit cramped, but for its price it’s quite adequate. The restaurant has a separate dining room, the kitchen is tasty, and the dishes pleased us. We would have liked the pool to be a little larger for a more comfortable swim. Overall, everything was very nice: clean, beautiful, cozy, and the staff were friendly. We’ll definitely recommend it and look forward to returning.

We’re visiting this hotel for the second time, and each day brought something new. Still, the friendly staff resolved every hiccup almost instantly, and we’re grateful for that. Finally, at breakfast the waiters no longer approach the table until we finish eating, which we really appreciate. The hotel is magnificent, located in the center of Burabay, and all entertainment is within walking distance. The staff are customer‑oriented and accommodate all reasonable requests. We stayed in mid‑September, and the buffet style breakfasts were not to our taste because the dishes cooled quickly and we wanted hot food. In 2025 the breakfast was American, which was much more enjoyable.

The eco‑hotel is clean and cozy, with polite and welcoming staff. The receptionist girl is especially friendly! The breakfasts are varied and tasty. There are kittens running around the premises – say “kisses” and they’ll dash from all directions in half a minute. The hotel is in the center, everything is within walking distance (stores, attractions, zoo, Ferris wheel, boat station, rental of other transport). The bathroom has a slight unpleasant odor, and the bed is a bit short in length.
