Summary of this review
The customer service was amazing: the person who greeted us was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away and giving us a pleasant check‑in experience. Everyone was kind and helpful overall, but the room had a strong mold‑like smell, the bed frame had visible stains that seemed moldy, and the sheets felt damp/humid, which made the stay a little uncomfortable—hopefully this can be addressed.

The room did its job and was comfortable, with a quiet floor that worked well for our weekend work. However, the toilet was left dirty—dry urine on the seat forced us to clean it before use—and we had to sweep the pool ourselves before anyone could swim.
