Everything we needed—towels, a coffee bar, Wi‑Fi, kitchen supplies—was there, and the three seating spots each offered a distinct view despite the small space. The owner’s communication was fast and precise, and the downtown/waterfront location was exactly what we wanted, plus the beds were great.

The stay was fun and unique, and the staff were responsive and helpful when problems popped up. The décor was thoughtful, though on some nights the nearby bars played loud music until 2 am, so that’s something to keep in mind.

The waterfront location, proximity to Trader Joe’s, a liquor store, and restaurants were all convenient, and everything was functional and comfortable; I’d stay again and recommend it. A very minor issue: the cleaning crew didn’t dust, and the dishes and pots were a bit scattered in the cabinets.

What’s not to love about waking up on a boat drifting on the river?
