The reception was very friendly, all staff were kind, breakfast was excellent, the pool was great and the location is perfect. The room was very small and the breakfast room felt a bit like a cafeteria.

The pool is good, the staff are friendly, and I liked the hotel’s size. The lobby is large and the wardrobe is relatively small, and the room is also small; the room’s total area counts even if it’s underused. There’s no chair in the room, so I used the balcony chair.

The highlights were the excellent location for moving around Desenzano, the convenience of the private parking and a varied, good-quality breakfast. The downside was the single room: it was really small and the cleanliness could be better. Also, the shower cubicle was tiny and placed in such a hidden spot that I almost struggled to find it in the room.

The hotel was about 700 m from the lake, which felt a bit too far. The beds were good, breakfast was okay, and the room was large and spacious. Unfortunately the room had no balcony. The breakfast, especially the eggs, was not good; scrambled eggs were okay, but the fried eggs were very bad. Drinks at the hotel bar could not be paid for directly.
