Ok. The 1st room was very bad , we had to request a new room , that was very disappointed

The AC in my room did not work. The building smelled very strongly of marijuana and the ceiling in my bathroom was peeling and flaking all over the floor. The staff was not helpful and was condescending about my AC. When I checked out, I was told a 1 night credit would be given but then that did not happen. For reasons no one can give me

My room smelled of mildew, the shower didn’t drain and was dirty, the bathroom had a blood stain on the wall, the bed had dirt under the sheets, the table was broken, the AC didn’t work and the room stayed hot all night; the front desk did nothing, I prepaid for my room but ended up with someone else’s room paid for, and I will never stay here again.

The door security and breakfast area were good, but the room had a musty smell—probably because pets are allowed—, the bathroom needed repair with paint peeling from the ceiling, the toilet wasn’t securely attached to the floor, and several other items required updating.
