I had no positive moments; everything was a disappointment.

Nothing good. The shower never worked and they didn’t fix it until I left; I had to squat in the tap water for two days. They said someone would come to fix it and knocked, but I wasn’t there, so they left. They never informed me that someone would come and that I’d need to be present. I’m on holiday; why would I have to stay in a room for maintenance? It’s normal for staff to enter a room for cleaning or maintenance, why must the guest be there? The kettle in the room doesn’t work. The room is dark, no natural light. The living room is dirty, and the bathroom smells from the drain.
