The view and customer care were great, but the scale was a problem.

The room’s view is amazing, especially in the suite, but the beds felt more like sleeping on the ground and the food was not that great, to be honest.

From the moment we entered Pegasus we felt at ease; the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room offered the most spectacular view. We enjoyed the spa plunge pool on our verandah, and the location was within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and Fira, while we also used transportation to Oia. Everything else was wonderful and I would highly recommend it. The only downside was that breakfast was plentiful but could have been served a bit warmer.
The hotel is excellent; the staff are very service‑oriented and handle every question and request quickly. The view from the room is spectacular, and the location is superb. Maria at reception is wonderful and always ready to help. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you.
