The staff couldn't have been more helpful
Breakfast was lovely although some staff didn't seem very interested to help when asked

The location is ideal for exploring Liverpool city centre. We were handed a room that was already occupied, then moved to another that was in terrible condition, with holes in the bathroom floor and the entire floor smelling of smoke. The lift was broken and the staircase from level 2 to level 3 had no carpet, looking unsafe.
Everything very lovely place and will definitely be going back
The hotel was great, giving me an 8.0/10 rating.
“Do not book this hotel unless you want a filthy room”
This hotel room (110) was visibly dirty from the moment we entered. The shower and spa bath produced no more than a trickle of hot water. I arrived around 11pm, as my flight was delayed, but I had paid in advance so my guests could use the room as it was my treat, and they didn't want to complain in my absence. In the morning I went to reception and reported my concerns about the visibly dirty room and asked for it to be cleaned. I also asked for more hangers, as they had provided only 2 hangers for a room sleeping 4 people. No further hangers were ever produced, so we had to live out of our weekend bags for the entire stay. After it had supposedly been 'cleaned', the room was still visibly dirty. I have since contacted the hotel requesting a full refund, as we were sold a luxury suite but received a room a youth hostel would be ashamed of. The hotel did not dispute any of the issues I raised, but refused a refund. were also of little help once the hotel said no, despite acknowledging that my claims weren't disputed. If you want to spend £450 for 2 nights to stay in filth, this is the hotel for you. This hotel room (110) was visibly dirty from the moment we entered.
